Following the example of Curt's recent posts I bring you this little story about a rather unusual circus. Do you dare to enter?

The main attraction is Mandrake, the master of illusions, who can make copyrights disappear right in front of your eyes.

He can also do this...

...and this...

...and this.

No, wait, that's actually his real face: he and all the other performers are in fact disguised rapists from Uranus.

The rest of the plot is nothing but homage to Invaders from Mars, so go watch that little classic immediately. But before you go, here's a couple of covers from other circus-related fumetti. Enjoy!

Another stunner, and some equally stunning covers, Mr. J.
The agenda of these aliens is always the same.
They're more human than they think.
Thank you, sir :-)
But I disagree slightly: in my opinion the agendas of Terror Blu aliens do have a lot of variety (in this case their main goal was to stop NASA's space program), but they're indeed very human when it comes to abusing natives for kicks.
Awesome, Jaakko! Thanks for breaking these out special for the circus theme. I hope things are looking up for you!
Thanks, Curt,
and while things are definitely NOT looking up yet, hopefully the next two weeks will bring a change to that.
Yes, Jaako, you're right, their agendas are broader.
I was mostly referring to their "kicks".
Jaakko, was there ever a series of fumetti that was in the style of the giallo film? thanks and great post!
Phantom,
business AND pleasure, that's their motto ;-)
Anonymous,
a whole series? I don't think so, but many giallo-esque stories were published in Terror and other horror fumetti anthologies.
Anyway, thanks for commenting, folks. Mandrake might make another appearance soon, so stay tuned.
