It wouldn't be a "blogosphere" without this sort of thing

Heh--as soon as the "Ms. Horror Blogosphere" contest started up, I began the mental countdown. Sure enough . . .

What happened? Did I miss something?

I'm so used to it in comics/manga, that I thought, for a brief moment, 'wow, they had that contest and no ones pants split from knee-jerkitis?' That horror-sphere is so much cooler than we are.

Haha!

I didn't see anything wrong with the contest, and still don't. I think people (and monsters) need to just chill out.

Believe me, Doruk, you missed nothing. Just the usual, what you'd expect from something like this.

Tina--great to hear from you again! I lost you for a while--so those are your new online digs? I'll pop you in the sidebar here.

Ormsby--all I'm saying is, the most ritualized kabuki couldn't have played out more predictably than this. It was sadly amusing to watch it all unfold exactly as I knew it would from the very first instant.
