Wednesday

So I guess I can't has new comics today? I called the store to confirm it--no Blackest Night fix until tomorrow. Well, I guess that gives me time to finally put up the last post to my BN/Great Darkness Saga comparison series, then tomorrow I can resume coverage of the current stuff.

I used to think it was funny that there were so many comics blogs with Wednesday in their titles (Living Between Wednesdays, Every Day Is Like Wednesday, . . . I could have sworn there were others--Robot 6 has a Can't Wait for Wednesday column), but now I'm back in the "new comics day" spirit. I actually felt sad when I read about Diamond's plans to skip the week after Christmas, as the news hit just when I was starting to look forward to new comics enough to do things like peek at ComicList on Tuesday nights.
