I'm watching stuff and I'm reading stuff and reacting to it--enjoying it or not, you know, as usual--but when I sit down to blog about it . . . meh. Not sure why. Some of it would make for provocative discussions, I'm sure. Sorry folks. Hopefully it won't last long.

no worries, seems like every blogger i keep up with goes through a "malaise", including me.
What we need is some sort of Rocky IV-style "training for the comeback" montage of you living in the woods, practicing on classic films, re-reading Creepy archive collections, bench pressing stacks of pulp mass market paperbacks . . .
Perhaps to AC/DC's "Back in Black."
Lacking that, you just kick back and enjoy the lull. You can't force these things.
Same here. I had a posting rythem going, then scheduled posting got broken, and everything sort of fizzled out.
Though I like to think of this not so much as a "malaise" as a "calm before the storm". ;-)

We'll all be around Curt...and hey, I actually read the complete run of THE BOYS thanks to you (and Herogasm as well-amazing how that isn't just a spin-off, but a vital part of the story).
I find when I'm watching the most, I'm blogging the least-and when I need to charge up to tackle my stacks of stuff to read and watch I start blogging. Weird.
